The participants in the Ironman distance will complete two laps with an exit and a very short run between laps. The half-Ironman will complete one lap on the same course.
The swim is sheltered and will be supervised by safety boats.
There will be a beach start for both races and the entire field respectively, will start together.
Self seeding is recommended.
The Sprint course will complete one lap on a shorter course.

The bike course for the Ironman distance is two laps on an out-and-back course. Half-Ironmandistance completes one lap.
45 kilometres with a turnaround.
It’s an undulating course on open roads with approximately 1000 metres of ascending per lap. It’s very well marked and we have officials at all critical points. Good road surface and for the most, with only light traffic. We have two aid stations offering drinks and sustenance. They’re located at approximately 30 kilometres and 60 kilometres on each lap. The Ironman distance will also have an extra aid station, including special needs, at the turnaround at 90 kilometers.

The sprint triathlon is held on a different and flatter course.
There is no aid station on the sprint bike course.

Drafting is not allowed. Helmet is mandatory.

The run course is flat, fast and spectator friendly!
Basically half is on pavement and half on gravel.
The Ironman distance equals six laps of seven kilometres and the half-Ironman of three laps. The sprint completes one lap of five kilometres.
There will be several aid stations each lap.

For those wanting to make something extra of this weekend there’s also a swimrun on Sunday, at the same location.
